You can cancel before the next monthly renewal and you won't be charged again. Nexi offers a full refund on the monthly subscription within 14 calendar days of your first eligible Nexi subscription purchase. The refund applies once per customer, business, or materially related workspace, and does not apply to renewals, duplicate or replacement workspaces, Activation & Launch fees, or custom integration fees unless separately agreed in writing.
Carrier, SMS, WhatsApp, and third-party platform fees may be billed separately depending on your channels and usage volume.
Yes — that's what the Premium / Multi-Location plan is for. Multi-location routing, complex provider matching, and integration support are scoped during a discovery call.
Payments for Nexi are processed by Paddle, the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle may appear on your bank or card statement.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected by Paddle as required.
Nexi offers a full refund within 14 calendar days of the first eligible Nexi subscription purchase for a customer, business, or materially related workspace. This refund applies once only. It does not apply to renewals, duplicate, recreated, replacement, or additional workspaces for the same business, or to Activation & Launch fees, implementation fees, or custom integration fees unless separately agreed in writing. Refunds for purchases processed by Paddle remain subject to Paddle's payment, review, and fraud controls. See our Terms of Service and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Nexi is primarily a SaaS product. Initial configuration, onboarding and implementation support, when applicable, are auxiliary to the use of the software and are not sold as standalone consulting, agency services, a human call center, managed professional services, or a substitute for the customer's human staff.
