Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to Nexi purchases processed by Paddle. Nexi is a SaaS product of NEXAL FORGE INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL Y SOLUCIONES TECNOLOGICAS S.A.S., operating commercially as Nexal Forge. Paddle acts as an authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for purchases processed through Paddle.

1. 14-Day First Eligible Subscription Purchase Refund

Nexi offers a full refund within 14 calendar days of the first paid Nexi subscription purchase for a customer, business, or materially related workspace.

This refund applies once only. It does not apply to renewals, duplicate, recreated, replacement, or additional workspaces for the same business, or to usage packs, setup fees, implementation fees, or custom integration fees unless separately agreed in writing.

Refund requests are support-assisted and may require review. Refunds for purchases processed by Paddle remain subject to Paddle's payment, review, and fraud controls.

2. Renewals and Later Charges

The voluntary 14-day refund window does not automatically apply to subscription renewals, later recurring charges, plan renewals, additional usage charges, add-ons, or separate charges made after the initial Nexi purchase.

After the initial 14-calendar-day refund window, refund requests will be handled in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under the applicable law of your country or region.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, use one of the following channels:

  • the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link included in the confirmation email sent by Paddle;
  • the support portal or link indicated by Paddle;
  • Paddle's buyer support;
  • or contact us at [email protected] if you need help identifying your purchase.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically issue a refund for payments already made, unless a refund is approved under this policy, Paddle's Refund Policy, or applicable law.

If you cancel a subscription, you will normally retain access to Nexiuntil the end of the current billing period, unless a refund is approved and access must end in accordance with Paddle's policy.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds for purchases processed by Paddle are handled by Paddle. When a refund is approved, Paddle will typically process it to the original payment method where possible. Paddle may perform checks to prevent fraud, refund abuse, manipulative disputes, unauthorized activity, or other misuse.
